I'm a customer of Voip.coms's that received no adapter device needed for the service.
I sent them letters - even from attorneys, which they ignored.
They billed me $200+, and their "help" system sent me to a forum which conveniently stripped the "m" off of my log in
gmail account so that my email ended in ...@gmail.CO and "did not match any of their records". It wouldn't let me type the
full email address to log in, but did allow it when I registered.
Their "sales" people sent me to "customer service" which sent me to a web site I can't log in to.
I am happy to join similarly frustrated "customers" in a class action.
I've posted Voip.com's address and invite people to join as there is unanimous frustration. They hide their contact info
and provide no customer service, but take our money. There are obvious consumer protection violations, as well as FCC, FTC,
state and federal laws broken and torts committed.
